Running for Eternity - I’m raising funds for Youth Off The Streets

Who I Am

Today, I’m a husband, a new father, a youth mentor, and a motivational speaker.

I know what it’s like to feel lost. My past was filled with addiction, violence, and destructive labels. Breaking free wasn’t easy, but I did, and now I spend my life speaking to schools, prisons, corporates, and communities about the same message: you can turn things around, you can rewrite your story.

Why the Run?

What started off as a goal to raise funds for our village church has now shifted.

After months of trying, the lack of communication from the owner and logistical complications made it clear the church project wasn’t realistic.

But the mission hasn’t died, it’s grown.

This December, I’m running for Youth Off The Streets, an organisation that provides safety, support, and hope to young people facing homelessness, addiction, and poverty.

I've personally worked alongside YOTS over the past 10 years and witnessed what incredible work they do with helping our youth.

Every day they are out there helping kids who feel forgotten, giving them not just shelter, but love, education, and the belief that they can have a better life.

The Challenge

On December 16th, 2025, I’ll begin running 890 km from Coolangatta to Cronulla in just 21 days.

That’s a marathon every day. In the heat of summer.

With a hip replacement in my past.

It’s a world record attempt, no one has ever done this distance, post-surgery, on foot. But this isn’t about records. It’s about shining a light on a cause that matters more than anything: giving kids a future.

The Goal

We’re aiming to raise $100,000.

Every dollar goes directly to Youth Off The Streets, helping them provide safe housing, mentoring, education, and support to young people who need it most.

More Than Just a Run

This is bigger than me. It’s about giving hope to the next generation.

It’s about showing what’s possible when we refuse to quit.
